The Technical Exhibits Session is a unique opportunity to observe displays and demonstrations of state-of-the-art hardware, design and analysis tools, and services applicable to advancement of guidance, navigation, and control technology. The latest commercial tools for GN&C simulations, analysis, and graphical displays are demonstrated in a hands-on, interactive environment, including lessons learned and undocumented features. Enjoy an excellent complimentary buffet and interact with technical representatives and authors. This session takes place in a social setting and family members are welcome!
New in 2018 conference, space will be available for 5-15 minute demonstrations during Technical Exhibit. Demonstrations will be posted on Exhibit schedule. Reserve a spot today.

To be eligible to exhibit, technical exhibitor team will have at least one member registered as AAS conference attendee.
The Guidance and Control Conference is fully self-supported, organized by dedicated volunteers, and funded by annual registration fees and corporate donations.
A voluntary contribution of $400 for an 8-foot space and $800 for a 16-foot space would identify your company as a Corporate Sponsor of the Technical Exhibit Session. Contributions may be submitted during a conference attendee registration or submitted separately through registration link below.

Note: No voluntary contribution is requested from academia.
Standard display areas are approximately 8-feet with 16-feet space available. A 8-feet area will have an 8-ft table, 110VAC power outlet, and an 8-ft x 4-ft display board. A 16-feet area will have two 8-ft tables, 110VAC power outlet, and an 8-ft x 4-ft display board. For table banners, each table is 8 foot long, 30 inches wide and 29 inches high.
If you require additional services, contact Beaver Run resort. As a courtesy, please inform Technical Exhibits Sessions organizers of any special requests.
Note: An academic or government institution may request an 8-foot exhibit space.
Hospitality Suites are permitted; however, the suites must not be open during or interfere with Conference sessions or scheduled activities. Representatives from companies hosting a hospitality suite must be registered with the conference and participate in the Technical Exhibits Session. Notification of the suite may only be posted on the Conference bulletin board. These restrictions are put in place to maintain the spirit of technical emphasis for this conference. Companies must make their own arrangements for a suite with Beaver Run Resort and pay all related expenses.
Companies wishing to conduct familiarization or training on their simulation tools or services products are welcome to do so within the same guidelines as for hospitality suites.
